What we collect, in plain words

• Your email address, if you sign in to save or share a plan (we email you a one-time code; there's no password) or sign up for our weekly email.
• Your plans: the choices you make when building a day (who's coming, the vibe, the time of day) and the stops you keep. Saved plans are linked to your account. A plan you share can be opened by anyone who has its link.
• What you write to us, if you email us or report a problem with a page.

• How the site is used: pages viewed and actions like building or saving a plan, so we can see what works. We count these without your name; if you sign in, they're tied to an account number, not your email.
• Where you came from: if you arrive from an ad or a link with tracking tags, we remember those tags in your browser so we know which ads bring people here.
• Basic technical details every website receives, such as your IP address, browser and device type.

We don't ask for or use your device's precise location.

We use PostHog for site analytics and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure our own ads. Both set cookies or similar storage in your browser. Meta may use what the Pixel sees together with its own information about you, under Meta's privacy policy, including to show you ads. You can limit this in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, block third-party cookies in your browser, or use an ad or tracker blocker — the site still works.

These services process data for us, only to provide their part of the site:

• Supabase — our database and sign-in (stores your email, account and saved plans)
• Vercel — hosting
• Google Maps — the maps on our pages (your browser loads them from Google)
• Anthropic (Claude) — helps write day plans; it receives your plan choices, not your email
• PostHog and Meta — analytics and ad measurement, as above

We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share your email with businesses we list.

We keep your account and saved plans until you ask us to delete them, and your newsletter signup until you unsubscribe. Analytics are kept in summary form for as long as they're useful for improving the site.

LOVE NKY is meant for adults planning outings. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13; if you think a child has given us their email, tell us and we'll delete it.
